On October 11, CPROP co-founder Sandy Selman conducted a training session for the Cincinnati Chapter of the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU). The agenda covered blockchain basics and showcased CPROP projects in the mortgage and title insurance sectors. Sandy then led an interactive discussion of potential use cases in the property and casualty sector.
This event was mutually informative for CPROP as it was for our audience in that the team was able to get firsthand experiences from our attendees about pain points in their everyday work. Suffice to say, some very interesting use cases emerged from the conversation, as well as some potential strategic partnerships for CPROP. We will be following up on these opportunities over the next few months and look forward to further engagement with CPCU, both in Cincinnati and at a national level.
